A body scrub is a treatment that helps to exfoliate the skin leaving it moisturized, smooth, fresh and soft.

It is an extremely invigorating procedure as it helps to improve circulation of the blood to the skin.

Skin pores are opened and cleaned and this helps to improve the texture of the skin making it youthful and even toned. A variety of salts are used for the scrub including Epsom salts, Himalayan salts and Sea salts.
